Hey guys! This is the introduction to rucking you've been asking for and waiting patiently for. This video is intended for anyone from just starting out (phase 0) all the way to the advanced level (phase 3). I try to break things down so you know what you're getting into and to dispel any myths. This activity really is quite simple. All you need is a backpack, some weight, and some water. After that you just move! And to get you started I assume you have no experience and zero fitness ability. Phase 0 really is about getting off the couch and starting slow and starting small. Over time you'll be able to add distance and weight to your routes. I hope this motivates you to get out there and to enjoy the outside more. Thanks for watching! -JB
