Hey guys, I've found the ultimate weight option for Murph! The Ruck Plate Carrier (RPC) 3.0 from GORUCK is the best option I've found for training when you don't need or want the whole rucksack. The latest RPC incorporates a ton of details from the Rucker 4.0 and should definitely be considered for training purposes or for just getting started with rucking.
