This is my long-overdue explanation of the difference between GORUCK's Rucker and GR1. I've used the GR1 for over 5 years now (since 2015) and it's still amazing. I've also owned every version of the Rucker, to include the latest version 3.0. Each version has been great and they continue to improve this workout beast!
